Alfa Pendular is the commonly used name for the pendolino high-speed train of Portuguese state railway company C.P. (Caminhos de Ferro Portugueses) CPA 4000 series. The Alfa Pendular connects the cities of Braga, Porto, Aveiro, Coimbra, Santarém, Lisbon, Albufeira and Faro and other stations along the "Linha do Norte" and "Linha do Sul".
The Alfa Pendular high speed train are closely derived from the Giugiaro designed Italian Fiat ETR 480 ‘Pendolino’ train, for that reason it is also known as the "Penduluso Train".
